Our property is cat-friendly. Maximum 2 cats in an apartment-$35/mo per cat.There is a $150 Refundable Security Deposit per cat. Service animals are allowed with documentation.
Smoking is allowed inside your apartment only. Residents must do their best to contain the smoke to inside their apartment to prevent smoke from entering neighboring apartments.
